  • 100 g Chicken
  • 1 T Soy Sauce
  • 1 t Garlic minced
  • 1 t Ginger minced
  • Cabbage or vegetable of your choice


  1. Line baking dish with alfoil
  2. Give a quick spray with spray oil
  3. Lay out chicken
  4. Blend Soy Sauce, Garlic & Ginger together in a cup
  5. Poor marinade over chicken
  6. Bake in oven for 20min turning at 12min
  7. Serve over your vegetable of choice
