- 400 g lean beef mince
- 1 onion medium, finely chopped
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 T garlic
- 1 tbs curry powder (mild)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1⁄2 cabbage finely shredded
- 1 cup water
- Lightly spray a large saucepan with oil and heat over high heat.
- Add mince & onion
- Cook, breaking up any lumps, for 6–8 minutes or until mince has browned.
- Add soy sauce, garlic, curry powder, salt & pepper
- Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Add cabbage and 1 cups (250ml) water and bring to the boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until cabbage is to liking.
